Independent House Interiors

An independent house is very rarely a clean slate. There is existing joinery worth keeping, wiring needing opening up, a family who would greatly prefer not to move out for 2 months. All 3 of those are entirely manageable, although none of them are managed by accident.

We work floor by floor. Dust barriers go up before anything at all comes down. The working hours are agreed with you, your neighbours before day 1. Every trade follows the same schedule so nobody ever arrives to find the room they need is still full of somebody else's work.
